Have you been taking your vitamins? Getting enough sleep? Exercise? Just in time for Halloween, Wellness Week returns October 26th-30th to re-energize the law school!
Studies show that effective stress management leads to increased memory and greater rates of success. Since 2007, the Student Bar Association and Dean of Student’s office have teamed up to bring Wellness Week workshops and activities that promote a healthy body and mind.
This year’s events are bigger and better with a different theme each day. Some of the offerings include free chair massages, presentations on mental health, yoga, cooking classes, and some healthy Wii competition. Healthy snacks will be provided each day. So take a study break and look for the events taking place on the Bricks!
