Welcome to the Online Edition of the Res Ipsa Loquitur! As the official newspaper of the School of Law, The Res Ipsa contains articles and photography on a variety of topics, ranging from campus news to pertinent national legal developments. The editorial board is composed entirely of students, with Professor Ricardo Bascuas as the advisor. The Res Ipsa is printed on a monthly basis and provides a forum for writers of all abilities. The Online Edition will be updated on a near-daily basis and will provide up to date information to the UM Law and South Florida legal communities.
